On January 18th, 2020 athletes from all over can come together to participate in the Duathlon being held at Laurel Hill County Park! This three-part, beginner-friendly course begins with a 2-mile run, then a 7-mile bike, and finishes with another 2-mile run.

- Register early online: $45
- Race day registration available on-site from 7-8 a.m. for $54
- The race starts at 8:30 a.m.

- Helmets are required
- Earbuds, pets, and strollers are not allowed on course
- Ages 14 & up
- Participants ages 14-15 can register but must be accompanied by an adult chaperone
- The bike leg is best suited for knobby, wide-tired bikes
- A transition area will be used for set-up between legs
- Finisher medals will be given out
- Bike bags will be given to the top three male and female finishers and top Masters
- Race shirts guaranteed to participants who register prior to December 21
