Description of Accident: Two individuals lost their lives in a tragic collision involving a tractor-trailer and motorcycle on Sunday morning around 10:45am near the 16-mile marker of I-385 Northbound. The South Carolina Highway Patrol reported that a 2023 Kenworth tractor-trailer struck the rear of a 1998 Suzuki motorcycle, resulting in the fatalities of the motorcycle’s driver and passenger. The victims were identified as a 38-year-old female from Laurens County and a 55-year-old male from Greenville, SC. The tractor-trailer driver sustained injuries and was transported to a local hospital by EMS.
