Description of Accident: Early Saturday morning a 22-year-old man lost his life in a collision on Highway 25 in Laurens County. The South Carolina Highway Patrol reported that the fatal accident occurred at approximately 4:52 a.m. A Ford pickup truck, traveling in a northbound direction, collided with the man, who had fallen off the back of another vehicle. The coroner’s office identified the victim and attributed his death to blunt force trauma to the head.
