Description of Accident: A Friday night motorcycle crash in North Charleston claimed the life of an 18-year-old from Texas. The crash occurred on Rivers Avenue near Otranto Road at approximately 10 p.m. when the motorcycle left the roadway, striking a pole in the grass, a fence, and a curb. The victim was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash ,but sadly, died at the scene. North Charleston Police are investigating the crash.
