Description of Accident: Authorities identified two 20-year-old women who tragically died in a hit-and-run incident in downtown Charleston. The victims, both from Simpsonville, were found near a narrow bike lane adjacent to two lanes of fast-moving traffic near the Ravenel Bridge where no sidewalk is present. The Charleston Police Department is currently investigating.
