It depends. While the vast majority of cases settle outside the courtroom, we may take your case to trial under certain circumstances. If the insurance company won’t offer a fair settlement or acts in bad faith, we may take them to court. We may also go to court if we believe you have a case strong enough to warrant exemplary damages.
