Description of Accident: A fatal single-vehicle crash occurred around midnight on Sunday on Cypress Branch Road near Gillison Branch Road. A 2016 BMW sedan carrying five occupants veered off the right side of the road, struck a ditch, overturned, and collided with a tree. Emergency responders arrived at the scene and transported all five individuals to a local hospital. Tragically, one of the passengers, a 39-year-old man succumbed to his injuries. The conditions of the remaining four occupants have not been disclosed.
