Description of Accident: A fatal crash occurred on Saturday near Fourth Street and SC Highway 151 in Hartsville, resulting in the death of an 81-year-old passenger. A 2013 Chrysler 300 was traveling southbound while a 2016 Kia Soul was heading northbound on Highway 151. The Chrysler had three occupants; the driver was not injured, but both passengers were transported to a hospital. The Kia also had two occupants, both of whom sustained injuries and were hospitalized. Tragically, the 81-year-old passenger in the Kia later succumbed to his injuries.
