The Joye Law Firm awarded $14,000 in college scholarships to deserving high school seniors from South Carolina. Six students were awarded a $2,000 Joye Law Firm Scholarship. Also, one student was awarded $2,000 as well as part of our new HBCU scholarship.

This year 2021, each Joye Law Firm Scholarship applicant also nominated a teacher for recognition.

Thank you to our scholars, teachers, and families. We look forward to next year’s scholarship program, which will kick off in 2022 TBA.

Joye Law Firm 2021 Scholarship Recipients

Novalee Ortiz is a graduate of Dreher High School. She will be attending University of South Carolina.

Samuel Eric Tyce III is a graduate of Hanahan High School. He will be attending Clemson University.

Raven Mone’t Richardson is a graduate of James Island Charter High School. She will be attending Newbery College.

Benjamin James Martin is a graduate of Stratford High School. He will be attending Clemson University Bridge at Tri-County Technical College.

Makenna Ashley Stone is a graduate of North Myrtle Beach High School. She will be attending College of Charleston.

Kinsey Carney is a graduate of West Ashley High School. She will be attending University of South Carolina.

Jacoby Johnson, our HBCU scholarship winner, is a graduate of Burke High School. He will be attending SC State University.
