Description of Accident: A North Carolina man died in a collision between a tractor-trailer truck and a van on July 26 in Kershaw County. The incident occurred at the junction of Lockhart and Providence Roads. The van driver, a 24-year-old from Charlotte, failed to stop at the Lockhart Road stop sign, resulting in the collision. The van driver was pronounced dead at the scene, while the tractor-trailer driver sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was hospitalized.
