Description of Accident: A tragic auto-pedestrian collision occurred Sunday night on Red Bank Road near Harbor Lake Drive in Goose Creek, resulting in the death of a 55-year-old woman. A 2009 Acura SUV was traveling north when it struck the woman as she was crossing the roadway toward the west. Emergency responders arrived at the scene, but the pedestrian succumbed to her injuries. The driver of the SUV was not injured.
