Description of Accident: A fatal collision occurred on John B. White Senior Boulevard involving a small sedan and a pickup truck. The incident happened when the sedan, driven by a 71-year-old woman, attempted to cross the boulevard from a private parking lot. The vehicle was struck by an oncoming pickup truck. The driver of the sedan was taken to the hospital, where she later succumbed to her injuries. Two passengers in the sedan, an 8-year-old and a 3-year-old, were also hospitalized with injuries. The crash remains under investigation by the Spartanburg Police Department.
