Description of Accident: A 19-year-old driver is facing charges after a pickup truck he was driving struck a lawnmower in Rock Hill, resulting in the deaths of a 13-year-old girl and a 32-year-old man. The driver has been charged with three counts of felony driving under the influence resulting in death and bodily injury. The incident occurred along Homestead Road. The 32-year-old man was riding a lawnmower when he was struck and killed, while the 13-year-old girl, a passenger in the vehicle, was ejected from the truck and pronounced dead at Piedmont Medical Center.
