Description of Accident: A tragic accident occurred early Saturday morning on the 500 block of North Highway 52, resulting in the death of a 62-year-old pedestrian. The man was crossing the highway when a southbound Chevrolet Silverado struck him. Emergency responders arrived quickly, but the pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.
