Description of Accident: A fatal pedestrian accident claimed the life of a 61-year-old Manning woman on Saturday. The incident occurred on US-301 near Fellowship Drive, approximately two miles south of Manning. The woman was walking her dog when she was struck by a northbound 2019 Nissan Armada. Emergency services responded to the scene, but the victim was pronounced dead due to injuries sustained in the crash.
