Description of Accident: A 54-year-old woman has been identified as the victim of a fatal bicycle versus vehicle crash in North Charleston. The bicyclist was struck by a dump truck while traveling through the intersection of Cosgrove and Rivers Avenues around 8:45 a.m. on Thursday, June 29th. The victim died at the scene. The North Charleston Police, along with the State Transport Police and Charleston County Coroner’s Office, are currently investigating the accident. As of now, no charges have been filed in relation to the crash.
