Description of Accident: A deadly crash in Dillon County on Wednesday claimed the life of one driver and left another seriously injured. The accident occurred on Pee Dee Church Road near Lester Road when the driver of a 2010 Nissan Sentra crossed the median and collided head-on with a 2009 Toyota Scion. Emergency responders arrived at the scene, where the driver of the Sentra, a 71-year-old man, was pronounced dead. The driver of the Scion sustained severe injuries and was airlifted to a hospital for treatment.
