Description of Accident: A fatal accident occurred at approximately 11 PM involving a pedestrian and a speeding vehicle on Rosewood Drive. An 18-year-old woman was allegedly driving at 88 mph in a zone with a posted speed limit of 35 mph when she struck a 47-year-old man. The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.
