Description of Accident: Around 10:30 PM on Wednesday, a devastating accident occurred on Sea Island Parkway near Polowana Road. A 46-year-old woman traveling south attempted to pass the vehicle in front of her, leading to a head-on collision with a car driven by a 26-year-old man traveling north. The impact caused the man’s vehicle to run off the road, overturn, and catch fire. Tragically, the woman and her three passengers—a 31-year-old man, a 31-year-old woman, and a 4-year-old boy— along with the 26-year-old man in the oncoming vehicle died at the scene.
